Utilizing his strong communication and critical thinking skills, as well as good instincts, Stan collaborates with herronpalmer’s consultants and clients to customize RFP templates to meet unique client requirements; collect and analyze plan data; answer questions submitted by service providers; evaluate and summarize RFP responses, prepare meeting agendas, coordinate scheduling of Mutual Value Discovery sessions, finals presentations and site visits, and conduct best and final offer processes.
Stan has been with herronpalmer since 2013 and in that time he has supported projects for Ameriprise, The Arizona Cardinals Football Club, Boeing, Dell, EMD Millipore, EMD Serono, FirstService Residential, Lowes, The Marmon Group, Sherwin-Williams, Time Warner and others. Prior to moving into his current role, Stan worked on herronpalmer’s business operations team providing accounting, client invoicing and general business administration support.
Prior to joining herronpalmer Stan spent two years with a commercial real estate firm where he provided marketing and business administration support and five years with a commercial construction contractor where he supervised large projects in a multi-state area in the upper Midwest.
Stan studied business at the University of MN - Duluth and University of MN - Crookston.
