Greg Brooks

An experienced implementation consultant and leader of large-scale benefit outsourcing operations, Greg offers level-headed project management and extensive first-hand implementation and administration experience that is reassuring to executives and analysts alike. He leads and provides support for many projects, including business case development, RFP management, fee and contract term benchmarking, contract negotiation support, implementation/conversion project management and related advisory services to large market plan sponsors. With deep knowledge about implementation as well as ongoing services, Greg is a partner clients depend on throughout the entire process of considering, implementing and managing a benefits administration provider.

Previously, Greg worked in the benefits administration and consulting businesses of CitiStreet, Chicago Consulting Actuaries and Convergys, where he gained more than 20 years of experience building HR/benefits solutions, managing large client relationships and consulting for employee benefit plans.

At Convergys HRM, Greg was Director of Global HR/Benefits Operations, responsible for managing delivery of end-to-end benefits and HR services for all clients in North America, EMEA and LATAM. He led a team of more than 100 employees—dispersed across North America, Canada, Hungary, Spain and Brazil—in delivering services to more than two million client employees, dependents and retirees.

Before Convergys HRM, Greg was a partner at Chicago Consulting Actuaries (CCA Strategies), where he managed client consulting projects related to multiple benefit plans.

Greg also spent several years at CitiStreet (now ING), a leading provider of benefits outsourcing services. As Director of the Defined Benefits Practice, he managed multiple client implementations and ongoing benefit operations for clients such as AOL Time Warner, Lucent, Avaya, Sears, CBS Westinghouse, LSG Sky Chefs and TRW.

Greg worked as a Benefits Manager in two corporate benefit departments as well: Mead Corporation and Federated Department Stores.

Greg has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Cincinnati and a Global Benefits Certification from the IBF.
