Previously, Glenn has had leadership roles with four of the major benefit outsourcing providers. Most recently with Mercer, he led Health and Welfare product strategy for the large market administration group, guiding the development of capabilities to support Exchanges (including defined contribution strategies), wellness engagement, and total benefits outsourcing (TBO) portals. Glenn also consulted with clients and provided best-practice direction to the delivery organization.

Before Mercer, Glenn was a 15-year veteran at Fidelity Investments where he was a founding member of Fidelity’s Health and Welfare practice. He led the first operations team, built the implementation process, and later owned the ongoing evolution of Fidelity’s market offering.

Glenn spent two years leading an Administrative Consulting team for Towers Watson’s Midwest region where he developed comprehensive solutions for General Motors, University of Michigan and Ford Motor Company.

At the start of his career, he spent seven years at Aon Hewitt where he learned the intricacies of benefit delivery and managed a unit of client service teams in Hewitt’s Benefits Outsourcing division.

Glenn holds a BA in Computational Mathematics from DePauw University, Indiana. He also studied corporate leadership and product strategy at Babson College, MA.
