A creative and experienced professional who is passionate about her work and has a proven track record for producing positive results, Dana is a human resources and benefits consultant with more than sixteen years of experience in DB, DC, H&W, absence and disability management and HR administration. She also has extensive experience in project management, process improvement and data analytics. She has successfully completed multiple implementations including four SAP HR conversions and has lead or participated in dozens of additional projects. She has strong team building, problem resolution, data and interface management and communication skills and is well versed in all Microsoft Office products, as well as, PeopleSoft and SAP HR and Benefits modules.
Dana provides clients with a wide range of services, including: RFP project management, process mapping and analysis, administration service audits (used to identify opportunities for service delivery and cost improvements) and she is a highly skilled implementation project manager.
Prior to joining herronpalmer, Dana worked in the HR and benefits administration businesses of CitiStreet (now ING) and Convergys and has focused the last four years in consulting roles for large market Fortune 200 companies.
As a result of her accomplishments, Dana has been presented with several awards, including the Management Plus Award while at Convergys. She also holds a certification in Global Benefits Management from the International Foundation of Employee Benefits and completed her studies at Florida State College.
